Delivery & Shipping Policy – Amberfire Distillery


We’re proud to offer Australia-wide delivery and convenient free local delivery for customers in our hometown of Wallan. Please review the delivery options and important information below.

Delivery Options

Amberfire Distillery provides two delivery methods:

Free Local Delivery: Available to customers in postcode 3756 (Wallan, VIC)

Courier Shipping: For all other Australian locations

The correct delivery method will be shown at checkout based on your address.

Free Local Delivery – Wallan (3756)

If your shipping address is in postcode 3756, you're eligible for free local delivery—no minimum spend required. This service is provided directly by Amberfire Distillery.

Local Delivery Schedule

We deliver locally from Monday to Sunday. While we aim to get your order out quickly, same-day delivery is not available at this time. Orders are processed within one to two business days, and we’ll be in touch to coordinate delivery.

Delivery Confirmation

After your order is packed, we'll call you to confirm the delivery day and an estimated time. Please ensure someone will be home, pets are secure, and access to the property is available.

Age Requirement

Deliveries containing alcohol must be received by someone 18 years or older. Valid photo ID must be shown at the time of delivery.

Courier Shipping – Australia-Wide

For customers outside 3756, we offer reliable shipping via Sendle and Australia Post.

Shipping Rates:

  • Orders over $100: Free shipping

  • Orders under $100: Flat rate of $10

We’ll choose the best carrier based on your location and order size.

Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days. Estimated shipping time:

Please allow for additional delays during busy periods or due to unforeseen events.

Tracking

You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Receiving Your Order

A person 18+ with valid ID must be present to receive the order. If no one is available, your parcel will be taken to a local post office or depot for collection.
