  • Most whisky drinkers know the problem: harsh edges, heavy burn, and flavours that take decades of ageing to smooth out. At Amberfire, we solved that problem by distilling differently. Using a copper plate reflux column, our spirit is naturally redistilled again and again, reaching over 93% purity. That means unwanted off-flavours are stripped away, leaving only the heart of the spirit — exceptionally clean, refined, and ready to take on the richness of oak.
